Dry skin problem becomes more serious in Autumn, and the key is to blance the oil and water in your skin. It’s the first priority.
Start change from the inside. Drink as many water as possible. 8 cups of water a day, that’s basic and don’t ever say you couldn’t spare the time to drink water because of busy work.
In the air-condition room in the work office, your skin may loose water more quickly than in the outside, so drink water is at least what you can do.
